It can be really frustrating at times for everyone involved when a patient or a patient’s family doesn’t know what is going on with their health. Quite often, explanations fall short of what is needed to create a full understanding of the situation. We have seen it time after time. That is why, from day one, we have designed our agency to custom fit the needs of every patient.
