RN’s Responsibilities:

Certify the Patient, Intravenous Infusions, Administer Medication, wound care/ dressing changes, taking vital signs, perform head to toe physical assessments, drawing labs, assist with activities of daily living, assist with mobility, and develop a plan of care with the physician.

LVN’s Responsibilities:

Administer medication excluding intravenous infusions, wound care/ dress changes, taking the patient’s vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, assist with mobility, follow up LVN visits.

LVN’s Responsibilities:

Administer medication excluding intravenous infusions, wound care/ dress changes, taking the patient’s vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, assist with mobility, follow up LVN visits.

CHHA ‘s Responsibilities:

Taking Vital Signs, assisting with ADLs, Assisting with mobility.

ADL’s Responsibilities:

Activities of daily living i.e. Bathing, grooming, brushing teeth, light housework, washing patient’s clothes, changing the patient’s clothes, and making their bed if needed.

ADL’s Responsibilities:
